Reconnecting with our food

The birds are chirping! The sun is shining! (at least it is this week). So we’re all looking forward to enjoying this warm weather with some amazing fresh and seasonal vegetables

Many of our vegetables this week have been lovingly grown at Ripple Farm. Situated only 70 miles away in Kent, Sarah and Martin hosted our little posse last weekend.

As well as giving us a lovely lunch, we also had a tour of the farm and got to see where much of our produce is made, including why some items were difficult to obtain during the hungry gap (we are confident the worst of it is over!)
